በቢሮ የ2017 በጀት አመት አቅዶ ያከናወናቸዉ ተግበራት እንድሁም በአፈፃፀም ህዳት የተስታዋሉ ጠንካራ እና ደከማ ጎኖች በእቅድና በጀት ዳይረክቶሬት ቀርቦ ዉይይት ተካሄዷል፡፡
ከዉይይቱ የተገኙት ጣንካራ ጎኖችን በማስቀጣል ክፍተት የታዩትን ደግሞ ለመሸሻል እንደምገባ የጋራ ተግባበቶዋል ::
በመጨረሻም ምክትል ቢሮ ኃላፊ አቶ ፍሳሃ ጥበቡ በቢሮዉ የምሰተናገድ አፈፃፀም በዝርዝር ማየት እና በቀጣይ ወረት መስራት እንደምገባ አሳስበዋል ፡፡
የቢሮ ኃላፊዋ ወ/ሮ ሀቢባ ሲራጅ እስካአሁን የተገኙት አመታት የጋራ ዉጤት በመጣዉ በቀረ ወራትና በላቀ አፋፃፀም ማሳከት የልቻለናቻዉን አጠናክረን በመቀጠል የተሻለ ማምጣት እንደሚቻል አሰገንዘበዋል። በቀጠይም የትኩረት አቅጣጫ በማስቀመጥ የተሻለ መስራት እንደሚገባ ተገልፀዋል ::

Addis Ababa City Administration Business Office evaluated the 9 month plan implementation.
A discussion was held at the office about the planning and budget directorate on the planning and the weak sides of the 2017 budget year plan and the strong and weak sides that are affected by the performance.
